Privacy policy
The short version: we only use your details to get back to you about a car.
Who we are
L.M. Motors Car Sales, Osberstown, Sallins, Co. Kildare, W91 XR2D. Phone 085 827 5115, email lm.motorsales@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about a car. We use it to reply to you, to make you an offer on your car, or to arrange a viewing. That is all.
Where it goes
The form sends your message to us. A copy is kept in the private, password protected part of this website that only we can open, so that no enquiry is missed. If you choose to send it on WhatsApp instead, it goes through WhatsApp. If you apply for finance, we pass your application to the finance companies we work with so they can give you an answer; each lender's own privacy notice then applies.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your shortlist of cars is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are dealing with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. The copy held on this website is deleted automatically after 12 months at the latest.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or to delete them. Email lm.motorsales@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled it you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
